Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Click on the Service link on our Home Page header bar and enter the Confirmation Number for your order, then click Go! or click on the Account History link under the My Account section at the top of any page (you will be required to sign-in to use this method). Upon signing in, a page appears listing all of your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Can I reach you by phone to place my order? A: Yes, we are available at (888) 437-5231 to take phone orders Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM PST.
Q: How soon will my order ship after completing checkout? A: Most orders ship within 2 business days. Custom orders and personalized products require additional processing time due to the nature of the product. Please refer to the product details page for information regarding personalization ship times. If you need an order by a specific date, please email us at: Support@HipLittleMiracle.com so we can accomodate your request.
Q: Will I pay sales tax? A: Purchases shipped within the state of Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% Sales Tax in accordance with state law. Purchases shipped outside of the state of Wisconsin will be tax exempt.
Q: Do you offer refunds? A: Upon being returned, most products qualify for a refund minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on custom orders, personalized products, or special occasion clothing.
Q: How do I get FREE SHIPPING? A: Upon adding 2 or more products totaling $100.00 or more to your shopping cart, an additional shipping service will become available in the Shipping dropdown box. Select 'Promotional Shipping Service: $0.00' to receive FREE SHIPPING. This option only becomes available when orders qualify for free shipping (2 or more products and $100.00 or more total).
Q: Are any items excluded from the FREE SHIPPING offer? A: Yes, some furniture is excluded from the free shipping promotion. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will be noted as such in the item description.
Q: Do you ship Internationally? A: Yes, international shipping is available on most of the products we carry. If you are having difficulties selecting the proper shipping destination, please contact us at: Support@HipLittleMiracle.com for support.
