We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we know how important it is to you and your family to find something that works just right, so we try to have a flexible and fair exchange/return policy.

Exchange Policy:
We will gladly exchange most purchases for another size or style (if available) within 14 days of your purchase as long as the product is returned to us in brand new condition and is unwashed.  PLEASE REVIEW RETURN/EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS BELOW!

Send the product that you would like to exchange back to us with a copy of your confirmation email or packing slip indicating what you would like to exchange it for.  You will be contacted with exchange shipping fees prior to the shipment of the exchange.  Exchange shipments will not be released until exchange shipment payment has been made.  Please give us about a week to process the exchange.

If product is no longer in original package with all documentation an additional restocking fee may be assessed. Thanks!

Return Policy: 
We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase.  If for any reason you need to return you purchase we will gladly accept most returns as long as the product is returned within 14 days of your purchase as long as the product is returned to us in brand new condition and is unwashed.  PLEASE REVIEW RETURN/EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS BELOW!  There is a 15% restocking fee that will be taken from your refund. 

Send the product that you would like to return back to us with a copy of your confirmation email or packing slip indicating that you would like to return the item for a refund.  You will be issued a refund (minus shipping charges and restocking fee) within 7 days of receiving the return.  Thank you!
